The core competence of Schaufler Tooling is up to a weight of 300 tons and for clamping forces of 1.600 to 16.000 tons.

The focus is on molds for lightweight structural parts and parts for the drive train in automobiles. The company has more than 60 years of experience in die-casting mold making.

At the request of customers, Schaufler Tooling covers the entire process chain: from the technical optimization of the castings to the design and construction of the mold through to the casting and processing of sample and prototype parts.
